Subject: Marcela Rojas Interview

Dear Manager.

This is the abstract for Marcela Rojas Interview.

She is very bored at work and she want to leave the company.  She doesn´t like that the owners do not listen to developers and website designers to discuss new projects.

She doesn´t like the owners are angry when she has dental or hospital appointment or when she´s late, because it takes children to school

She thinks young designers need to have training and the company does not want to send the training courses.

She would like to change in her work, having work hours from 8 am to 5 pm and no extras, breaks and have time to get out to lunch.

Best regards.

Jorge Vargas M.
